Are all de Buyer products made in France?
Besides a few exceptions, all our products are made in France in our very own factory located in the beautiful Vosges Region. This is where we have been conceiving, engineering and manufacturing all our products since 1830. For the few products that are not manufactured in France, it is because despite all our efforts, we couldn't find the necessary skillset or machinery locally. In any case, we always source the materials with the best providers.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Our US website exclusively services individuals physically located in the US.
How can I return my product?
You can absolutely return your product after you receive it if something is wrong. Please note that we can only accept returns on products that have been purchased through our website. If you bought your product with one of our retail partners, please contact them directly. You can consult our Shipping & Return policy and you can contact our Customer Service if you have any questions or wish to return a product you brought from our website.
Do de Buyer pans come with a lifetime warranty?
Our Carbon Steel and Copper lines come with a lifetime warranty. All our other cookware comes with a limited warranty. Our detailed warranty policy can be viewed on this page.
