We created our re-envisioned baking ware in partnership with “l’Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona” to bring the baking traditions of French masters into kitchens around the world. Perforations within the steel ring are strategically placed to ensure the perfect heat conduction for your pie or tart, revealing golden edges and crisp crusts.
